Well...seems I'm correct somehow :p In 2009, IGN ranked X-Men as the 13th greatest animated show of all time in their Top 100 list, the third-highest standing for a comic book-adapted show on the list.
While writing this one I remember Ewoks (Ch2), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (And ohhh! there's such thing as a teenage turtle?), Transformers (Ch 9), Garfield, DuckTales, Dark Wing Duck, Ghost Busters, Melrose Place, Sabrina the Teenage Witch (Ch 5), Baywatch haha! And I remember my Grandpa he used to always bring McDonald chicken (when the chicken is still not crunchy!!! it's better that way! and no gravy! I remember they used Heinz? tomato ketchup?) every friday before X-Men is shown.
Ok back to the list!
My favorite characters / favorite series of superheroes
*(most heroes are Marvel) sorry for DC I only like Batman and Green Lantern.

Avengers 1990's
1. Discovery that the children of the Scarlet Witch and the Vision are actually illusions. The loss of the Scarlet Witch's children and the Vision drives her insane although she eventually recovers and rejoins the team. This story also revealed that the Scarlet Witch's powers include wide-range reality manipulation and she is what the time-traveling Immortus refers to as a "nexus being" setting the stage for 2004's eventual "Chaos" and "Avengers Disassembled" storylines.
The Avengers titles were then embroiled in the major crossover event "Acts of Vengeance" wherein Loki assembles many of Marvel's arch-villains(Doctor Doom, Magneto, Kingpin, Mandarin, Wizard, and Red Skull) in a plot to destroy the team.
Avengers intervening in an intergalactic war between the alien Kree and Shi'ar empires.
The team splits when Iron Man and several dissidents execute the Supreme Intelligenceagainst the wishes of Captain America. After a vote disbanding the West Coast Avengers, Iron Man forms a proactive and aggressive team called Force Works. During the team's first mission Wonder Man is apparently killed again (his atoms are actually only temporarily scattered). Force Works later disbands after it is revealed that Iron Man has become a murderer via the manipulations of the villain Kang.
1997 Avengers- Heroes Reborn
Together with the Fantastic Four and others, many of the Avengers apparently died stopping the gestalt psychic entity Onslaught, although it is later revealed that Franklin Richards preserved these heroes in a pocket universe.
Believing the main team gone, the Black Widow disbands the Avengers, with only butler Jarvis remaining to tend to the Mansion.

The Avengers, Spider-Man, and the Fantastic Four are assaulted, not just physically, but emotionally
The series centers on the Avengers, and this stems into the individual crises affectingThor, Captain America, and Iron Man. The "Disassembled" stories of Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four do not tie in and are stand-alone storylines that only share the "Disassembled" title.
(the Avengersportion of "Avengers Disassembled") were Ant-Man, Captain America, Captain Britain (Kelsey Leigh), Falcon, Hawkeye, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, She-Hulk, Vision, Wasp, and Yellowjacket.

1) It's still Spider-Man!
2) Mechanical web-shooters it's based on the real story.

3) Overall the movie is a great experience :) just right mix of emotion, action, and 3D effects. This version of the movie has more emotions. The movies makes us feel how it is hard fo Peter...Peter has no parents, lost his uncle Ben, after all he is just a teenager. This also shows that he had a hard time with his powers at first. He didn't just become super hero in a day.
Why I wished it should have been Spider-Man 4
1. Black Cat (Anne Hathaway) should be in the movie already + Volture
2. I don't want a reboot (unless the next movie will deal with Spider-Man joining Fantastic Four :p or the Avengers)
SUMMARY: "The Amazing Spider-Man 2012" is not that amazing anymore. The film has more heart than the previous film but...it could have been better if they continued it to Spider-Man 4 :( I felt cheated for rebooting the story. We are back to Spider-Man 1.0. Spider-Man (Sam Raimi film) is doing great already why reboot the series :-/ The movie as always didn't whole heartedly followed the story of the comics. They tried to make some things right vs. the Sam Raim's Spider-Man Series but still failed.
FAQ/Trivia
Is there a sequel? If you didn't leave from the cinema immediately, then you will know there's a sequel. BUT YEAH it's a given there will always be 2 and 3 :p with Marvel's movies.
"Sony announced a sequel release date of May 2, 2014" Wow there's a release date even though there's no script yet!
imdb ratings (users) 7.7
Metascore: 73/100
1)Why is there no Spider-Man 4?
In early January 2010, Sony announced that they cancelled their idea of making "Spider-Man 4" with director Sam Raimi and actor Tobey Maguire, who started their work together on Spider-Man, and instead decided to re-boot the Spider-Man franchise with a new story and crew.
However, when Raimi and Sony had creative problems with how they wanted the story to be told, Raimi quit the project and Maguire left with him. Shortly after, Sony announced that the next "Spider-Man" movie would be a reboot for the franchise.
When Sam Raimi was going to direct Spider-Man 4, John Malkovich was hired to portray the new antagonist Adrian Toomes/the Vulture and Anne Hathaway was reportedly hired to be Felicia Hardy (who would have been the Vulture's daughter and she would become the Vulturess rather than her comic alias the Black Cat). However, Raimi had problems with the script, which is rumored to have included Peter and Mary Jane married and welcoming a baby girl, Spider-Man intentionally murdering the Vulture in the final battle, and at the finale Peter Parker throw his Spider-Man identity in the garbage that would lead into the events of the fifth film where Peter again dons the Spider-Man identity. Although Raimi hired Alvin Sargent to re-write the script, he still didn't like the story that was planned and he decided not to make Spider-Man 4.
When Sam Raimi was going to direct Spider-Man 4, he originally wanted to include only one villain - Dylan Baker as Dr. Curt Connors, so that he could finally become the Lizard. Baker was going to return for "Spider-Man 4", but Raimi apparently was told by Sony not to include the Lizard as the villain because the studio were saving The Lizard for the villain in a script written by Vanderbilt
that had no references to the same continuity as Raimi's (which eventually became The Amazing Spider-Man). This was because they were unsure as to whether or not Raimi would still be attached to the franchise at that point. With those orders, Raimi decided to include the Vulture, but reports say that Sony did not want the Vulture as the main villain because they felt he wasn't a challenging or popular enough villain for Spider-Man to fight with and the studio thought they'd have too many unsold Vulture toys on shelves when the film was released. These disagreements ultimately led Sam Raimi to leave the project. Ironically, this film's main antagonist is the Lizard.
"the studio thought they'd have too many unsold Vulture toys on shelves when the film was released."
It's all about the money :p
2)Where is Mary-Jane????? :-/
This is the first "Spider-Man" film to not feature Spider-Man's perennial love interest Mary-Jane Watson (in the original three films played by Kirsten Dunst). Instead, Peter Parker's original girlfriend Gwen Stacy appears (who had been played by Bryce Dallas Howard in the third film).
3) The part that really ruined the movie for me :-/
In this film Captain George Stacy is strongly opposed to Spider-Man's activities, and Gwen Stacy is both aware and supportive of Peter Parker's role as Spider-Man. This is in stark contrast to the comics, where George Stacy was a strong supporter of Spider-Man, and confessed on his death bed that he was aware of Peter's identity, while Gwen Stacy blamed Spider-Man for her father's death, and as such Peter never informed her of his identity.
Identifying himself as a strong supporter of Spider-Man, Captain Stacy wished to see the wall-crawler redeemed in the public eye. He also took an instant liking to Peter, and openly encouraged the growing bond between the youngster and his daughter, Gwen.

It did try to introduced Gwen Stacy as the first gf of Peter but they still haven't made it right. Stacy's father like Peter/Spider-Man The movie should always make it a point to follow the novel/comics as close as possible -_-
3) Marvel vs Dc?
The filmmakers cite Steve Ditko's early work on 'Spider-Man' and Brian Bendis's
'Ultimate Spider-Man' comic, and Batman Begins as an influence on the film.
3)Anne Hathaway, who was going to star in this film as Felicia Hardy (Black Cat), went on to star in The Dark Knight Rises as Selina Kyle (Catwoman).
Conclusion:Anne Hathaway=CAT
4)Before Andrew Garfield was announced for the lead part, Taylor Lautner, Josh
Hutcherson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Logan Lerman, Robert Pattinson, Jamie Bell, Daniel Radcliffe, Michael Angarano, Michael Cera, Alden Ehrenreich, Zac Efron, Aaron Johnson, Xavier Samuel, Jim Sturgess and Anton Yelchin were also considered to play the lead role.
Thankfully they did not picked the Harry Potter and Twilight guy!
Why Andrew Garfield was selected for this role?
On selecting Andrew Garfield to play Peter Parker/Spider-Man, director Marc Webb said, "Though his name may be new to many, those who know this young actor's work understand his extraordinary talents. He has a rare combination of intelligence, wit, and humanity. Mark my words, you will love Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker."
5)Michael Fassbender was originally considered for the role of Dr Curt Connors; he eventually went on to play Magneto in X-Men: First Class. His Inglourious Basterds co-star Christoph Waltz was later rumored to be attached to the part.
Wow! Magnet +Lizard = A lizard magnet!
6)Ashley Greene, Mia Wasikowska, Scout Taylor-Compton Teresa Palmer, Amber Heard, Dianna Agron, Brooklyn Decker, Imogen Poots, Lindsay Lohan, Emma Roberts, Emily Browning, Lily Collins, Anna Kendrick, Ophelia Lovibond, Sara Paxton, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Georgina Haig, Hilary Duff and Dominique McElligott were considered for the role of Gwen Stacy, but were beaten out by Emma Stone.
Lindsay Lohan O_o What the?!!! Hilary Duff?
7)All four Spider-Man films have filmed on the Universal Studios Hollywood back lot. Ironically symbolic of the series itself, portions of the back lot burned down on June 1, 2008, meaning that first three used the old back lot while this reboot uses the new back lot.
8)The Lizard's trivia
Rhys Ifans rejected his stunt doubles, and insisted on performing all his own stunts as the Lizard. For his role as the Lizard, Rhys Ifans wore a special motion-capture suit: "I had a green suit on, and then this cardboard head, and these big claws. It was the most fucking insane thing I'd ever done..."
Wow!
This film marks the first time Dr. Curt Connors (Rhys Ifans) becomes The Lizard on film. Although Curt Connors appeared in the original Sam Raimi films, played by Dylan Baker, the character never became the Lizard despite some strong hints.
9) Even in the game you have to get web catridge items since it is not unlimited. But later in the movie Spider-Man seems to have unlimited web-shoots. O_o
In this film Spider-Man uses artificial devices to shoot webs, inspired from the original comics where he possessed similar devices for his webbing (only later would he gain his more famous superhuman ability to shoot webs). Marc Webb explained the web-shooters were a creative decision to showcase Peter's intellect: "We wanted to emphasize that these are things that Peter Parker made and that he is special himself even if he feels like he's an outsider."

Biological webbing
In "Disassembled," Spider-Man develops the ability to shoot organic webbing from his wrists (after he recovered from being changed into a spider), and he stopped using his Web-shooters which was a great advantage for him because it allowed him to stop being dependent on web cartridges which allowed him limited shots. Once, while fighting Iron Man, Spider-Man supposedly "let loose", allowing his webbing to shoot out unrestrained. After he had stopped, he had generated enough webbing to completely encase Iron Man, and nearly fill the alley in which they were fighting with webbing. Since the start of the Brand New Day storyline, this power seems to have gone away, for reasons that are currently unknown.
10)Released during the 50th Anniversary of Spider-Man.
Happy 50th anniversary Spidey ^_^

With only two slots for 2014, the obvious assumption would be that Marvel Studios would use these for Captain America 2 and The Avengers 2.
What this also means is that there’s still no word on Dr. Strange, Black Panther, Heroes for Hire and other secondary characters who fans have been waiting years for.
